Does you App work offline?

Yes, our order entry and delivery apps both work offline so sales reps and drivers can work in places where internet connectivity is poor.

Do you use APIs for web-based ERPs?

We prefer to use the published APIs when available. We also have a number of connections using files. The bottom line is we will work with your team to find the best way to connect.

Do reps need keyboard for order entry?

Sales reps do not need keyboards for order entry with PocketAdvantage™, but many like to have a keyboard for email. Therefore, our apps can use a bluetooth keyboard or the on-screen keyboard.
