At its core, PA+ is a communication tool, a link between a rep and his or her manager. Managers can monitor rep activity and instantly send over training materials (which a rep can then give to clients). Creating surveys and pushing them to reps is a cinch. Automated messages about credit terms of license issues, presentations that prompt when the rep arrives at a certain location, and organized order confirmations are just a few of the tools that empower managers and their reps in the field.


PocketDelivery | Delivery Drivers, Warehouse Personnel

Look at any wholesaler or distributor today, and you’ll see how computers, laptops, and machines are the foundation of their business. Automation, after all, means efficiency and accuracy. However, there’s still one place where pen and paper still rule: the delivery truck. PocketDelivery is an app synced with PocketAdvantage to manage the details from the pickup to delivery. Turn-by-turn directions, inventory check-ins, sign-offs, delivery notes and returns—it’s all tracked in real time so that managers back in the warehouse know the ins, outs, and whereabouts of a single truck on the road.


DropOff | Sales Reps

DropOff is a sister app to our PocketDelivery products. It extends proof of delivery function to cases and bottles that sales reps are tasked with delivering to customers. DropOff provides a complete digital audit trail of inventory assets and digitizes the signature receipt process, eliminating the need for unnecessary driving to return signed paperwork.


EIS | Sales Managers

EIS is a reporting tool designed to deliver every standard depletion and account sold report used in the wine, beer and spirits industry. In addition, EIS is a communication platform for managers to send directly to sales reps store surveys, product trainings, customer presentations, and activities reminders.

The inspiration for RouteMaps came from a real life experience at wholesaler. A CIO at one of our customers brought us into a room of managers. They had paper maps, colors pins, printed spreadsheets, and laptops with reporting tools open. The CIO told us that his managers were doing a sales rep territory reassignment and looked right at us and said, “There has to be a better way to do this.” And now with RouteMaps there is. In our customer testing and usage, RouteMaps has been 10x faster than currently used methods.


eCommerce | Customizable Websites

We can set up an eCommerce Website with your URL, your logo, and your color scheme almost immediately. We apply the same data that PocketAdvantage displays. Users can view recent invoice history, give Open AR (with drill-down into invoice detail), and other useful customer service functions. Orders get sent to the assigned sales rep into PocketAdvantage, or to an inside sales team member, the same way EDI, Provi, SevenFifty, Diver and other outside orders can be received with OrderLink.
