DropOff™ is a sister app to our PocketDelivery™ products. It extends proof of delivery function to cases and bottles that sales reps are tasked with delivering to customers. The extension of our clean invoice saves sales reps hours of driving each week.
The Problem
Customers often have requested for one or more items that need to be delivered to the customer prior to the next scheduled truck delivery, often during the same day.
The Method
These orders can be billed specially to have them sent to reps so they know to pick them up in the warehouse.
These orders appear in DropOff™, and reps use existing paperwork for the customer and DropOff™ for the final delivery.
The Solution
When delivered, the customer signs on the screen, producing a formatted delivery receipt PDF that is emailed to the customer and sent to the office for archiving, saving the rep a trip back to the office.
